Internal Communications Intern

Job Description and Requirements


  • Assists in the development, production, and completion of internal marketing programs.
  • Help design graphic content for employee communication channels.
  • Create content and/or write original stories and communications for internal communications channels.
  • Supports day-to-day campaign management activities, e.g. KPI Tracking, Reporting, Preparing presentations and Events management.
  • Assists with local execution and works closely with senior executives to assist in building out-of-the-box initiatives.
  • Contributes and supports multiple communication initiatives.
  • Supports development of marketing toolkit guides.
  • Handles all events logistics from planning to execution.
  • Responsible for suppliers selection, execution and relationship management.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Arts graduate with up to one year of experience.
  • Highly talented with graphics designing skills with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Previous experience in events planning and management is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English Language.
  • Strong Communications skills.
  • Ability to develop written content for newsletters, announcements and internal magazines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and Intellectual curiosity.
  • Flexibility with working hours/days.
