Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition

Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches (Boolean) and research.
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
  • Enhance professional training and development by attending company-sponsored classes and meetings.
  • Understanding of open positions and technical skillsets.
  • Ability to partner with staffing team for candidate development
  • Partner with Business leaders in creating programs that will increase pipeline of suitable applicants.
  • Work with wider Ireland Recruitment team on programs and initiatives.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment/business environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage various requests simultaneously
  • Motivated self-starter that can work with limited guidance
  • Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills
  • Passion, attention to detail, Innovation

  • Previous experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong analytical mind with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Creative, multitasking and motivated; hard working and punctual
  • Organised, methodical and able to work under pressure.
