Digital Solutions Analyst (Sharepoint)

Job Description and Requirements
  • Develop and implement new software solutions
  • Maintain and improve the performance of existing solutions
  • Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
  • Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
  • Administer digital solutions and systems
  • Recommend improvements to existing software solutions as necessary
  • Design, develop, document, test, debug and deploy applications to automate business processes and improve efficiency
  • Participate in business requirements analysis and business process re-engineering
  • Participate in systems requirements analysis and code reviews
  • Participate in the innovation, incubation and iteration of digital products.
  • Train users in the conversion and implementation of systems
  • Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
  • Ensure that Health, Safety, Sustainability and Continual Improvement is embedded into all work practices



  • To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years career experience in a digital solutions support role partnered with a Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent.
