Performance Management Associate

Job Description and Requirements

Essential Functions
• Will partner with the pre-sales team and help them carve out solutions, take the lead in the project management for our global clients and ultimately delivery success for clients.
• Advise client on best practices on performance management framework that should be adopted
• Trouble shoot and detect issues that requires further improvement on application and performance management and respond to client in timely manner
• Under general guidance and direction of performance management consultant, analyses business functions to define Specifications / requirements' for automating and / or improving business processes and/or applications and breaks those processes down into functional components. 
• Interact with clients and understand the requirements thoroughly.
• Prepare and review the requirement analysis and functional specification documents.
• Facilitate/Arbitrate where requirements gathering becomes complex or controversial.
• Responsible for explaining the client requirements to the software development and testing teams. In case of enhancements or modifications, the incumbent should coordinate with these two functions and include the changes accordingly.
• Responsible for functional testing and detection of bugs for all the tested components.
• Responsible for delivering applications according to the quality standards


• You will be a strong problem solver and will work well independently as well as in a collaborative team delivery environment.
• Strong analytic and systems skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Some knowledge of relational databases and modelling platforms, understanding SAAS applications and business analytics preferred. 
• Proven ability to provide guidance and make decisions that require judgment and consideration of possible impacts
• Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast, paced, high volume environment
• Strong verbal and writing skills, project and time management skills, ability to work in teams
• Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment

This position requires periodic travel, more than 25%. Most travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some of the travel is international.
