CRM Manager

Job Description and Requirements


Job Description:
• Segmentation: develop and manage a relevant contact segments for effective targeting.
• Working with the digital data analyse, identify opportunities and optimise the most effective marketing channel(s).
• Devise and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Budget management: forecasting and make channels compete for budget
• Test and measure direct channels for soft and hard conversion: Email, SMS campaigns which span across multiple countries 
• Maximise lead capture opportunities
• Implement automation to enhance engagement
• Create meaningful KPIs and marketing metrics
• Reporting and data visualisation to draw insights
• Advise on MarTech toolkit to enhance effectiveness and insight
• Join up thinking and objectives with UX, Tech, digital marketing and sales.
• Support social media campaigns
• Offer and develop optimisation ideas for content (including video) and landing pages
• Training and communicating with regional office sales teams

Requirements

• Demonstrates customer focus and how CRM fits into the bigger marketing picture
• Analytical: uses evidence and data insight to drive approach
• At least 2-3 years hands-on experience
• Good judge of content and creative
• Data, Tech and CMS savvy
• Worked within an integrated marketing team
• Salesforce & Email marketing essential
• Marketing Data Management Platform experience desirable
• Good team player who encourages shared learning and passing on knowledge
• Hungary to learn, curious and welcomes help
• Positive attitude, can show energy, enthusiasm and has the ability to smile
